In addition, when you use any of our current or future services, you will also be subject to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice to you. By browsing the public areas or by accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Any material or conduct that in our judgement violates these Terms & Conditions in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services and/or removal of your account with or without notice.

We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies that may be noted in the information provided by you or by other users of the Website, nor for any harm that may result therefrom.

The Website and the sale of any of the Website’s services or products are only available for individuals aged 13 years or older. 

Users that are 13 or older, but under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, should review these Terms & Conditions with their parent or guardian to make sure that they understand them. The sales of our services to such users requires the explicit agreement of their parent or guardian.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices of services and products offered by us are indicated in Euros.

For individuals: the prices of our services for individuals which are listed on the Website are inclusive of tax. When paying for our services, individuals need to pay the price inclusive of tax and can pay by credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through our secure payment gateway Stripe. 

For companies: the prices of our services for companies which are listed on the Website are exclusive of tax. When paying for our services, companies need to pay the price inclusive of tax and have 2 options for the payment:

  • By credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through our secure payment gateway Stripe, and we will provide an invoice after the payment has been completed ; or 

  • By wire transfer upon reception of our invoice - our payment terms are 14 days from the date of the invoice. 

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price applied will be the price in effect at the time of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Potentially fraudulent order

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Non-payment

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content contained on the Website such as text, graphics, logos, icons, scripts, visual elements, documents, images is our property, and the compilation of the content on the Website is our exclusive property. Our content may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages or discredits us or anyone else. 

The user is not authorised to copy, use, reproduce or distribute the trademarks, logos, corporate names, acronyms, trade names, signs, domain names and/or any other content of the Website on any medium whatsoever without the express prior authorization of their owner.

The application of these Terms & conditions does not extend to third party sites.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Clients that are individuals or companies of maximum five (5) employees have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase for a service or the date of receipt for a product, to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Clients that want to use their withdrawal right would need to do it either:

  • by email to the address contact@sacredmission.co ; or

  • by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Sacred Mission, 10 rue de la Paix 75002 PARIS.

The email or letter related to the use of this right of withdrawal must follow this model:

Subject to compliance by the client with these formalities, the reimbursement of any sums paid by the client will be made within the maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date we have been informed of the client’s decision to withdraw. 

In any case, this right of withdrawal can’t be exercised for a service who has already been provided, or for a service whose provision has begun, or if the client was absent when the service was provided.

11. AMENDMENT

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions for any changes. Your use of the Website following any change to these Terms & Conditions will constitute your assent to and acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

All clauses appearing in these general conditions, as well as all purchase and sale operations of our services and products, are subject to French law.

In the event that one of these clauses is declared not applicable, the other clauses will remain valid.

For any dispute which arises during the interpretation/execution of these terms, whatever the form, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Paris.
